In 2014, Highland Brewing Company began a multimillion-dollar expansion including a new bottling line, new cooler, new production areas, and improvements to the guest experience. Epsilon was selected as a technology consultant with the goal of improving latency in the existing small business network, enhancing connectivity to new and existing brewing equipment, securing remote vendor access to necessary brewing equipment, bettering the guest Wi Fi experience, and providing the employees' day to day IT support.
Epsilon’s engineering team designed, configured, and deployed an enterprise data network transforming the organizations system into a secure, multilayered, unified network with industry standard designs and cutting edge network technologies. Epsilon also implemented a unified wireless solution providing secure and reliable indoor and outdoor wireless services to employees, patrons, and guests. Finally, Highland employees were given 24x7 access to Epsilon’s Premier Solution Center Help Desk Services located at their headquarters in Weaverville, NC.
